The newest addition to the cobblestoned streets of Tophane, Rutin is the perfect café for a breather accompanied by a good snack.

What to know: Gizem, the owner and chef behind Rutin used to be the pastry chef of Norm Coffee, now a household spot in Cihangir in no small part thanks to her efforts. Her plans are to expand the menu to larger breakfast items and perhaps host brunch hours on the weekends. Keep an eye on it.
